We had a truly awful experience with the work done previously by a supposedly reputable flooring company. Deciding to find another company to redo the work was therefore undertaken with a lot of anxiety and trepidation. However, when we met Imraan for the first time, his knowledge, advice and guidance made us feel at ease and confident that we would now get the floor that we originally wanted. Floordom was punctual, neat and meticulous with the repair and installation. Our room was given a facelift and now looks absolutely stunning. Like most women I was dreading the installation of our new floors and the mess that would prevail. But everything was done efficiently, quickly and with the least mess possible. The attention to detail is much appreciated. Imraan and his team were always punctual (if not early) and very knowledgeable about the product and the installation process. They were able to answer all the questions we had and put our mind to rest about certain issues. Staff were pleasant and went the extra mile without any complaint.
